- Received 2 days TOT training on Utility Data Management and Business Plan Development.
- Review of reports and document collected and literature review of other relevant documents, journal, and article
- Training for WUSCs staff and enumerators on data collection and data uploading on NWASH Platform owned by ISSAU.
- Collection of data and information including technical details, drawings, financial data, audit and other financial reports, institutional data etc. of each Small Town Projects.
- Data monitoring, consistency check, review and correct.
- Facilitate Users Committees to prepare the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the Committees.
- Carryout Technical, Financial, Social and Management SWOT analysis of each small Towns Projects.
- Preparation of Business Plan through NWASH platform validate it with WUSCs.
