- Identify need and make consensus with the involvement of users on the mode of treatment facilities to be developed and/or improved;
- Carry out detailed engineering and socio-economic survey of the project area;
- Carry out environment assessment;
- Carry out affordability and economic analysis or sustainable operation of the project;
- Development of Water Quality Collection Method
- Conduct water quality testing of water sample (Physical/Chemical/Biological) at intake/ reservoir
- Water Quality Index
- Selection of appropriate treatment components on the basis of water quality test report, adoptable new technologies and site-specific features
- Assess the impact of recharge intervention on existing groundwater quality
- Design selected treatment components with reference to the features of land made available for treatment plant
- Prepare treatment plant detail design, drawing in an appropriate scale and estimate of the individual components of the treatment plants;
- Prepare the final report of the project including summary and the abstract of cost;
- Prepare the abstract of quantity and cost, bid documents with detailed specifications.
